UKF Top 10: Summer Vibing D&B (Part Three)

THIS AUGUST HAS FIVE FULL WEEKENDS!

MAKE THE MOST OF IT… IT WON’T HAPPEN AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 823 YEARS!

silver-pockets-full

See that meme? Ignore it. August has indeed got five full weekends this year, but you won’t have to wait until the year 2837 for another one.

This is the only time you see this phenomenon in your life?

Hope not. The next one is 2025. The previous one was actually only 2009. If the meme is true, either we all set to die this weekend or we’re all under 5.

But hey, great news if you survive and you’re a big fan of the month of May, though: That’s got five full weekends next year, too. Party!!

Lame meme busting over: August – arguably the pinnacle of the summer here in the northern hemisphere – has got five weekends. Which is pretty awesome. This ‘phenomenon’ kicks off today, so we’re celebrating with our final D&B Summer Vibing Top 10 of the year.

No other genre fits this season as sweetly as D&B. Whether it’s the lush emotional rushes of strings and pianos, the soaring soulful vocals, the happy-skank reggae samples or the later night rave references, D&B lends itself too well to summer. We’ve established this twice in top 10 form this summer already. And, due to popular requests, we’ve now collated them both into a massive 30-track strong playlist with 10 more tracks from the likes of Break, High Contrast, Smooth, Blame, Artificial Intelligence, BCee and Dexcell.

Two hours and thirteen minutes of lush summer-tuned D&B, all wrapped up in one sweet bundle for your sunny side pleasure.

Press play and party like it’s 2837!
